Welcome to PSHistory – the personal history website of Paul Sutton.
I have been an avid student of history since my early ‘teens in England when I discovered that history class was the main reason for going to school! This website is meant to be a forum for me to post interesting images from history as well as sharing my articles that I hope readers will find as interesting to read as I did to research. In 2023 I completed a Master’s Degree in History – my dissertation was on the Manor of Downton, Wiltshire and the Great Famine, 1314-1318.
I am currently a volunteer historian with Victoria County History Shropshire working on a new volume on the history of Bicton civil parish.
